We began with a single G+3 building in Rajajinagar and a promise to the twelve families who bought into it — that the home we handed them would be exactly the home we described. Twenty years and twelve projects later, that promise still shapes every decision we make.
Today Sri Sai Ventures is a family-run developer with an in-house design, engineering and post-handover care team. We build fewer projects each year than most peers — by design — so that every unit we deliver carries our full attention.
